YOUTH ACADEMY

The UM Wolves RFC Youth Academy opened its doors in October 2022 and has expanded ever since.

The Youth Academy is currently open to children aged 10 years and over, with training held once a week.

The aim of the Youth Academy is to attract younger players to the squad in order to prepare them for senior rugby from an earlier age.  Even though this is a fledgling programme, we have a strong track record of training youth players to debut in senior rugby.

Training for children aged between 10 and 15 years of age is held every Wednesday at St Martin’s College in Swatar.

Children aged 16 and over are integrated into the club’s respective senior teams, which train every Tuesday and Thursday at the Gudja United Football Pitch.
